Tips for Dining Out

Be informed!

Have an idea about what food you can or cannot eat before heading out to the restaurant.

Keep in mind that in many kitchens there are, apart from the obvious, many ready-made preparations used that do not agree with our insides and should be avoided - such as sauces and often powdered soup bases, as well as some spices.

Talk to the restaurant staff!

Explain your condition...don't be embarrassed.

Have your server ask questions of the chef, or approach the chef yourself with any questions or concerns about the food. It can also be an education for them.

Remember!

Be kind to your insides and they will be kind to you. Know what you are putting in them.
